To choose the service and the amount of hours you want to take you will have to enter our website www.aprovamos.com or visit us on our fan page "AproVamos" on Facebook. 2. When can I contact to get information?
We are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
3. Who is part of AproVamos’s staff?
Our staff is composed of Tutors and Psychologists.
4. Can I change of Tutor, Psychologist and Psychotherapist?
Yes, you can change your specialist at no cost by coordinating with us in advance.
5. How do I use the hours of the purchased package?
You will be able to distribute the hours of the purchased package as you wish, it will only depend on the availability of the specialist.
6. Can I take my virtual sessions at different times?
You are free to choose the date and time to hold your class or session, depending on your availability.
7. What to do if the specialist does not connect on time to attend?
We make sure that our specialists connect at the agreed time. However, if for some force majeure reason, the specialist cannot connect to the assistance, we will contact you to reschedule it at the time that suits you best.
8. Are the sessions virtual and personalized?
Aprovamos offers exclusively virtual sessions and focuses on providing one-on-one classes.
9. When do my classes begin?
After the payment has been made and the student/patient information form has been submitted, Aprovamos will take between 48 and 72 hours to provide access to the materials and schedule the start of each program, as applicable.
10. Can I reschedule my sessions?
Rescheduling a confirmed session must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the corresponding fee for a full session or the equivalent of one hour (60 minutes) will be charged.
